Playlist for Running 180 bpm by Lady Southpaw on Spotify
These days Spotify seems to dominate how people stream and discover music for their runs. So, I put all my favorite 180 bpm “ish” (they average 175 to 195 steps per minute for running) songs into a playlist on Spotify. It’s an eclectic mix of indie rock, hip hop, punk, and other random stuff I like and it’s pinned onto my artist profile.
